Project - Shell of the CyberCrawlers (September 2015 - June 2016)
Environment Concept Artist, Environment Modeler, Character Rigger, Animator
The game is set in the distant future in which digital data has become a valuable resource and mega corporations fight constantly for control over the information infrastructure. The biggest part of this infrastructure is shielded by a massive forcefield called 'The Shell'. It is not accessible by humans so through the use of bug-like bots, the player enters this area. As a mercenary working for a mega corporation, the player will use a robotic bug to spread viruses that hack and steal data.My Role
For this project I was responsible for environment concept art, environment modeling, character rigging and character animation.

Concept ArtConcept art i did for this project.
The Environment needed to look like it was inside a computer with lots computer parts and circuits. It was my first experience in creating concept art for a team project. |

RiggingFor this project I was required to rig different sets of characters. I decided to automate the process via Mel-Script since it would allow to apply the same rig on different, yet structurally similar skeleton rigs.
It checks for number of legs and orientation and names it accordingly. Made in Maya 2014 with Melscript Character Mesh created by Nick Remie. |
